Best Places to Eat on the North Shore of Oahu

Hey!  Have you been over to my “North Shore Favorites” yet to find out about all of our favorite places on the North Shore of Oahu?

I’ve been working on it this week, and finally have a few categories up now.  Like…

This morning, my friend Laura and I took Maryam out for a mini-baby shower breakfast at Cafe Haleiwa, and it was such a treat.

I LOVE going out for breakfast!  Getting a morning away, and having a real breakfast makes me feel like I’m on vacation!

It’s fun exploring all of the places our little North Shore has to offer.
And our little North Shore has some BIG things to offer!  So make sure to click around at my new favorites menu, (and comment with your own experiences too!)

But here’s a warning:  Following this blog can be dangerous!  I have TWO friends who I ONLY know from this blog, who have recently planned a trip to Oahu!  One blogger buddy, Greg–from lakeliveslife, will be traveling all the way from Australia this August!   This guy happens to be a big grom himself, and couldn’t take all my talk about the boys surfing and outdoor adventures any longer.  (oops, sorry about that, Greg!)  You can hop over to his site and follow him as he prepares to get away from the Australian winter–and get some summer SUN on Oahu.

Also, don’t forget to visit Maryam at her site, Milk Friendly.  You’ll want to follow her next few months of excitement as she will soon be delivering her third son…at home…au natural!!  (I know, Super Woman, right?)

Aloha!

The grommom.

PS  See the new ad on my side bar?  Do you recognize THAT pregnant woman?  hehe–thanks Laura!

I can vouch for that everyone! This is DANGEROUS PLACE! :) .

That said, the worst thing that’s happened for me is a little more aloha in my day, and a planned holiday to what I am told is one of the most beautiful places in the world (I’ll give you my verdict when i’ve been there!)

Thanks Monica for the throw – very kind of you…

Can’t wait for this trip. (Everyone at work has banned me from talking about it already!)

LOVE the fried rice at Ted’s Bakery. I highly recommend it. ;) We’ll be on the North Shore for a few weeks at Christmas time …. Can’t wait. Thanks for keeping my mind on the aloha. ;)
